Regional Marketing Executive Location: Long Eaton/Hybrid Hours 40 Hours per week Monday- Friday Fix term 6 Months Salary: 30,000-40,000 pro rata Purpose and vision As a Regional Marketing exec you are the mastermind behind your regions local sales and marketing activities. Partnering with Mangers and Reginal Operation Manager (ROMs), this role is designed to support registrations ensuring our sales and marketing approach embraces our local heroes. Meaningful relationships The tools, processes and ways of working for all sales related activities need to be streamlined for the end user (our Nurseries) to enable them to convert sales brilliantly. They also need the right training, dashboards and attitudes to spot local marketing opportunities to capitalise on them. Important tasks Understanding how to drive our key metrics - registration registrations conversions and enrolments and help our teams to understand how to really ‘sell’ their nurseries. Partner with Regional Operation Managers (Roms) and managers to ensure our sites of proactive and strategic in their local marketing social media activity Ensuring the efficiency of all sales/marketing and pipeline associated your tools HubSpot Famly Canva and rolling out regular training into team members Objectives and impact 1. Ensure that sites meet enrolment targets, training them on systems where necessary 2. Working with nurseries to rollout effective social media and local marketing strategies 3. Overseeing digital health-powering our review strategy on Day nurseries and Google 4. Ensuring that we are always delivering remarkable customer tours and open days Essential skills Marketing or sector experience as preferable experience experiencing people orientated sector required A people person skilled at understanding the needs of local operations in and their customers Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva preferable Must Haves Role Modelling Storal Behaviours Understanding of Soral Ethos A passion for little people About Storal: Storal is a group of nurseries across England.
