Job Description:
We are a construction and renovation company based in Brighton, looking for a female assistant who is reliable and proactive to support with daily admin tasks and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to company emails professionally
Preparing and sending invoices
Assisting with managing social media content (Instagram/Facebook)
Occasionally attending work sites to coordinate admin tasks (within Brighton area)
Working Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours
Mix of remote work and on-site attendance when needed
