Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop structural engineering solutions for a variety of projects
* Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications
* Perform connection design using industry-standard software such as IDEA StatiCa and TEKLA
* Ensure all designs comply with UK regulations, codes, and standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects
* Support project delivery from concept through to completion
* Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
Requirements:
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
* Chartered Member of Civil Engineering
* Experience using IDEA StatiCa and TEKLA
* Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and detailing
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
* Willingness to work on‑site when required
