Psychology Graduate Learning and Behaviour Assistant
Location: Peterlee
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
This role is ideal for a psychology graduate looking to gain experience supporting learning and behaviour in a specialist education setting.
You’ll support pupils who need help managing emotions, behaviour and engagement with education.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting pupils with learning and behaviour needs
• Helping manage emotional responses and behaviour
• Supporting classroom activities and routines
• Encouraging engagement and self-confidence
• Working closely with SEN and pastoral staff
This role offers excellent preparation for future study or professional training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
