Regional Field Service Manager South Region
Location: Centrally based within the region (travel to engineers required)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per year (depending on experience) + efficiency bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time, permanent
About the Role
TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer and service provider of automatic pedestrian door systems and aluminium shopfronts. They are seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead and develop their field engineering teams across the South Region.

You will oversee and support a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
