They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join in a newly created role. Your new role As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for accounts payable and supporting the wider finance team.
Processand manage a invoices. Reconcilepurchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Prepareand process payment runs Maintainsupplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Accuratelycode bank transactions into the business accounts Reconcilerecords with the bank Supporton other ad hoc duties like payroll What you’ll need to succeed You willhave: End toend accounts payable experience. Excellentcommunications skills (written and verbal). Excellentattention to detail and organisational skills.
