ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lettings Valuer who will take responsibility for driving lettings activity for the Karl Tatler branches within the Wirral East Region - Heswall, Prenton, Bebington and Little Sutton. This is a pivotal role focused on driving business growth through effective proispecting, accurate property valuations, client relationship management, and strategic market insight. You will be the face of the business for landlords and play a key role in securing new instructions - being based at the branches within your patch and operating as the subject matter expert (SME) for lettings within your branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct accurate and well-researched property valuations for rental listings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering expert advice on market conditions and rental strategies.
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
* Negotiate terms and secure instructions for new lettings.
* Coach and guide negotiators as the Lettings SME
* Present Lettings updates and market insights at branch morning meetings
* Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and strategy.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
