Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping things on track and supporting great customer experiences? We’re supporting a national developer in their recruitment of a Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the journey from reservation through to completion.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full sales progression process, making sure every stage runs smoothly. You’ll coordinate with solicitors, customers, and internal teams to meet important deadlines, while keeping records accurate and up to date. You’ll also support the Sales Department by preparing regular reports and helping to monitor sales performance, ensuring everything is in place for successful handovers.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Manage the sales progression process from reservation to completion
* Coordinate with all parties involved to meet key milestones and targets
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for the Sales Department
* Support customer care
* Work closely with project teams to make sure handovers are seamless
About you:
* Strong communicator who enjoys building positive relationships
* A good understanding of the house purchase process
* Able to work independently, with excellent organisational skills
* Confident with managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience using CRM systems (advantageous)
* Familiar with sales policies and industry regulations
