We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Colchester team.
What you will do:
Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

The Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results’ driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the automotive industry, dedication to design, and a commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following: -
· At least 2 years’ customer facing experience within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Retail experience in a customer facing role is a necessity, although experience as a service advisor is not required as training will be given on joining.
