Elite Relief Security Officer
Locations: Derby, Burton, Nottingham, Newark, Worksop
Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour
Contract: 8-hour weekly minimum (with the expectation of additional hours based on business needs)
Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends

What You'll Need
1. SIA License – Essential
2. Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle – Mandatory
3. Previous experience in security – Strongly preferred
4. SC Clearance – Desirable, but not essential
5. CCTV PSS SIA Licence – Required or willingness to obtain
6. A commitment to professional development – including additional training and license renewals
The Role
As an Elite Relief Officer, you'll be responsible for safeguarding property, people, and assets in accordance with each site's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll step into different roles as needed, maintaining consistent, high-quality security services while remaining flexible and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities Include:
7. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
8. Responding to incidents quickly and effectively
9. Maintaining a visible, professional security presence
10. Reporting health and safety concerns or potential threats
11. Using technology and systems to complete tasks accurately
12. Staying alert and making sound decisions under pressure
13. Writing clear and concise incident reports and log entries
14. Performing regular check calls and escalating emergencies as required
Training & Development
We're committed to helping you grow. You'll receive all required competency training and access to additional courses to support continuous development. We expect our officers to take initiative in maintaining their qualifications, including SIA licence renewals.
