What you will do
* The team with SWARCO UK has a vacancy for a Project Engineer in the Milton Keynes area. This role will take responsibility for ensuring that products and equipment fully comply with and are approved to the relevant Highways England and European Standards.
* Ensure project documentation is completed and stored according.
* Conduct product testing to prove that hardware and software builds are operating to specifications.
* Support the resolution of mechanical, electronic or software issues.
* Prepare and conduct training courses on SWARCO products and systems.
* Ensure that delivered products comply with customer and national standards.
What we are looking for
* Degree or HNC/HND in a related engineering discipline – or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of electronic communications such as RS485, Ethernet, SNMP.
* A solid understanding of VPN, router and ADSL/4G configuration.
* Working knowledge of NMCS2 and NRTS an advantage.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
