Senior Sales Administration Assistant
Our client is a globally operating organisation specialising in advanced technical solutions for professional training environments. They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Administration Assistant to join their established sales team.
The Role
This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales function, ensuring the efficient coordination of licensing, shipping, contracts, and customer administration. You will act as a key point of support across multiple operational processes, helping to maintain high service standards and smooth order delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage licensing requirements, including applications and ongoing follow-ups
* Coordinate shipping processes and prepare all required documentation
* Oversee sales contracts, including handling L/Cs, COOs, and COCs
* Manage invoicing processes and follow up on outstanding payments
* Administer commission payments
* Prepare and issue customer quotations, including freight cost calculations
* Conduct structured follow-ups on quotations
* Convert quotations into purchase orders within the internal system
* Issue purchase order acknowledgements
* Provide second-line customer support and respond to enquiries
* Support the wider sales and marketing function
* Undertake additional administrative duties as required

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
* Strong time management skills
* Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
* Intermediate level English language and literacy skills
* Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or marketing role
