As a Sales Representative at Amadeus, your focus will be on driving new business for our hospitality products while nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Your responsibilities include prospecting, developing tailored solutions, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and outreach methods like cold calls.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure long-term client success.
* Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct needs assessments and offer tailored, customer-centric solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.
* Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Showcase how Amadeus Hospitality products can improve operational efficiency and growth.
* Proposal Development and Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring contractual and client expectations are met.
* Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs, maintaining accurate sales records.
What we're seeking:
* B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
* Ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Willingness to travel and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
* Experience selling to senior executives and enterprise software sales is a plus.
