Are you looking to qualify as a Residential Property Lawyer? Howells Solicitors offers a structured and supportive Residential Property Qualification Programme, with CLC and SQE pathways available depending on your qualification level (graduate and non-graduate routes).
This programme combines hands-on legal experience, funded training, and dedicated mentorship to support your journey into a successful legal career in residential property. There are two routes to qualification on this programme:
* CLC Pathway (Non-Graduate Route) - designed for candidates pursuing qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer through the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
* SQE Pathway (Graduate Route) - designed for law and non-law graduates working towards qualification as a Solicitor via the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
We will also be recruiting for this role in our Newport, Bridgend and Swansea offices.

Successful candidates will be subject to a basic or enhanced DBS disclosure dependent on the role. Permanent employment is conditional on having a satisfactory DBS check. You will therefore be asked to disclose any unspent convictions during the recruitment process.
