Internal Account Manager Location: We are working with a well established UK-based supplier of essential products and services for businesses. With a strong reputation for customer service and product quality they are now seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts ensuring excellent service delivery identifying upselling opportunities and working closely with the external sales and operations teams to meet client needs.
Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries orders and service issues
✅ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products and services
✅ Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system
✅ Support the external sales team with account insights and customer updates
You have previous experience in an account management customer service or sales support role
✔ Strong communication and relationship building skills
✔ Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
