This role involves supporting one person in a complex mental health service. The individual enjoys walking, shopping, socializing, and visiting Liverpool 1. She values her family and building positive relationships. She appreciates quiet environments and her own space.
Ideal candidates will have experience in health or social care, a positive attitude, and a passion for supporting independence. Experience with behaviors requiring support planning is essential. A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or relevant experience is required.
You will know how to connect with people, support independence, and share your skills with colleagues. We will develop your talents with training in Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton, and the Picture Exchange System.
