We are looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to get hands-on experience and grow skill sets as a Business Development Associate. Representing our clients and being the face of their brand you will have the opportunity to negotiate with customers, oversee campaigns alongside managing and mentoring others.
Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
Support sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts, conducting pitches, presentations and negotiations
Provide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externally

All interviews are carried out online via Zoom at this time. Our office is based in Watford, and if successful you will be required to commute to our office daily.
