How you’ll add real value:
1. Commercial mindset and analytical thinking – deliver mind blowing KPI’s by driving sales and service on the shopfloor, use all the data available to propose action to maximise an outstanding store performance
2. Obsession for amazing service – ensure the retail team has expert knowledge to provide support and guidance, creating an experience in store that the customers can’t wait to tell their friends and family about
