Recruitable Staffing Solutions is seeking two reliable and proactive Warehouse/Production Operatives to support our client's busy team in Leamington Spa through the festive season. If you're hands-on, detail-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role: Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Production Operative
Contract: Immediate start, running until Christmas
Hours: Standard: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
During peak periods: Additional hours may be required – flexibility is essential
About You: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality and consistency
Practical mindset – any experience with machinery, printers, or similar equipment is highly valued
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to take on responsibility
Willing to work briefly in a darkroom environment if required (for specific roles)
