Project Manager - Operational Excellence
📍 Location: Brize Norton (100% onsite)
💼 Rate: PAYE (£41.10/hr) or Umbrella (£55.00/hr)
🕒 Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
🔐 Security Clearance: BPSS+ (ITAR restrictions apply)

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Operational Excellence System (OES) projects from start to finish
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest quality
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across engineering operations
Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Apply Agile methodologies to streamline delivery
Influence stakeholders and manage expectations with confidence
Integrate lessons learned and proactively manage risks and opportunities
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure project successWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in project management within the aerospace industry
Strong background in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Skilled in Agile frameworks, MS Project, and stakeholder engagement
Certified in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
Experience in change management and leading transformation initiativesNice to Have
Expertise in problem-solving tools like Root Cause Analysis and Process Mapping
