A central role in a collaborative and dynamic HR team | Opportunity to take ownership of payroll and HR systems management | Exposure to a wide range of payroll, employee lifecycle, and HR project work | Involvement in company-wide benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing and maintaining HR and payroll systems ensuring employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and GDPR compliant
* Leading on monthly payroll processing using ADP in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
* Acting as the first point of contact for HRIS and payroll system queries, troubleshooting, and liaising with system providers as needed
* Overseeing onboarding and offboarding activities, including system set-ups and final settlements
* Providing regular HR and payroll reports and analytics to internal stakeholders using Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP reporting tools
* Assisting with HR projects related to systems upgrades, process improvements, and compliance audits
* Advising employees on HR policies, processes, and benefits in line with company guidelines
Must Have’s
* Experience in HR administration with a focus on payroll and systems management
* Solid working knowledge of ADP payroll systems and SAP SuccessFactors
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in payroll processing
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
* Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and resolve queries confidently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data handling and reporting
* 40 hours per week
* £14.42 per hour | Equivalent to £30,000
* Monday to Friday
* Gloucester
* Temporary, full-time role
