The ideal candidates will:
10. Have a good first degree, with a 2:1 or above classification (having ideally studied in the Top 40 of the league table of universities)
11. Have achieved GCSE and A'level results obtaining grade B and above
12. Professional with leadership potential
13. Able to set and achieve challenging goals.
14. Analytical: comfortable with numbers and data
15. Proactive attitude: a quick and willing learner
16. Able to create and maintain strong working relationships: personable and approachable style.
17. Creative problem solver
18. Uses time efficiently and works to high quality standards.
19. Able to adapt to change and cope with uncertainty.

What’s On Offer
21. Starting base salary of £31,000 p.a., with regular reviews
