This is a field‑based position requiring frequent travel and regular overnight stays-typically 5 to 10 nights per month-to support customers efficiently and maintain high service standards. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking both pre-planned preventative maintenance and call-out servicing of fluid dispensing machines primarily at customer premises but also completing works at the factory in Rushden. The role will involve the following Carry out PPM, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on fluid dispensing machinery at customer locations. Perform mechanical, electrical, and basic control system fault-finding. Ensure all work is completed to company standards, with accurate documentation and service reporting. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
