We’re looking for a skilled, safety-conscious, and self-motivated Tractor Driver to join our Landscape Services team. In this key role, you’ll operate tractors and mounted equipment across a variety of outdoor sites to support high-quality grounds maintenance. What you’ll be doing
1. Operating tractors and mounted equipment to carry out grounds maintenance to a high standard
2. Performing equipment checks and maintenance in line with manufacturer guidance
3. Planning materials and resources while ensuring chemical usage complies with legislation
4. Completing relevant documentation including site inspections and safety records
5. Organising and delivering work efficiently based on site-specific requirements
6. Maintaining a clean and professional working environment, reporting incidents or near misses
7. Providing excellent on-site customer service and representing Landscape Services professionally
8. Responding to emergency or seasonal needs such as snow clearance and flooding
9. Using company IT systems to record daily tasks and reporting
What we’re looking for
10. Experience operating tractors and mounted implements
11. Sound understanding of machinery maintenance and health & safety practices
12. Grounds maintenance experience (desirable)
13. Ability to work independently and manage administrative tasks
14. Comfortable working alone and adapting to varied outdoor conditions
15. A Full (Clean) Driving Licence
16. PA1/PA6 certification (desirable)
17. GCSE English and Maths or equivalent (desirable)
18. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (carried out by us)
