Overview
We are seeking an organised and reliable PA & Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and provide direct support to senior management.
This role is central to ensuring that administrative, HR and compliance processes run efficiently within a busy compliance oriented office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Directors and Registered Manager.
* Manage correspondence and prepare formal communications
* Support HR administration, including employee records and onboarding documentation
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
* Assist with general office coordination and internal communication
* Support wider administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
Essential:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Competent with standard office systems
Desirable:
* Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
* Experience in a regulated or professional environment
