Our client is an incredibly well-established mixed practice in Halifax. They are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team and take over an existing patient list. About the practice Mixed NHS/Private: approx. 60% NHS/40% private 5-surgery setup, family-focused and community-led area with consistent demand Independently owned since 2007 with a stable, loyal patient base Supportive, friendly culture with long-standing staff (some 30 years) The role £13 - £15 per UDA on offer 50% private split Private upside is real: departing Associate reportedly achieved £7k–£9k/month private gross on top of NHS Fee split: 50/50 private, 50/50 lab bills Flexible sessions available: 2-4 days/week Systems, equipment & support Exact/SOE, online booking Digital OPG, intraoral cameras, digital X-rays Fully qualified nursing team Principal is a Foundation Trainer (15 years) and is hands-on, supportive, and present in practice Requirements GDC registered Dentist NHS performer number (or ability to obtain) Ideally FD 1 year, but newly qualified (straight out of FD) welcomed with structured mentoring Why this role stands out You’re stepping into a ready-made list, with genuine private potential, strong clinical leadership, and a team that values doing things properly ideal for early-career Associates who want to develop fast in a stable environment.
