Job Purpose:
To support the UK based Clinical Supplies team with all activities relate to GxP, including warehouse activity, inventory management, samples preparation and documentation, shipment preparation and documentation and general housekeeping. This is a hybrid role working for EMCOR UK but within a Haleon team.
What you'll do:
* Physical receipt and inspection of incoming goods
* Delivering all aspects of inventory management including: Product receipt and verification, Batch creation and allocation, Dispensing and batch closure, Stock check and waste removal
* Supporting all aspects of sample preparation: Creation of label print documentation, Study/batch specific label printing and checking, Area set up, product picking and documentation completion, Blinding and labelling of product samples
* Supporting all aspects of study shipment preparation: Physical preparation and packing of shipments into shippers, Creation and completion of shipment documentation, Shipment request and management with couriers and internal Goods In dept, General housekeeping activities including waste management and departmental management monitoring audits
* Additional ad hoc duties such as supporting goods in and warehouse support may be required.
Person Specification
Who you'll be:
* Background in GMP environment preferable,
* Applicants should be able to work flexibly to meet varying day-to-day tasks and project demands,
* Must be computer literate and able to operate basic inventory system, Word and Excel
* Able to train independently and learn departmental SOP and Wis,
* Good documentation skills – creation, completion and checking documents,
* Must have good attention to detail with strong literacy and numeracy skills,
* Must be clear English speaker with good communication skills in both oral and written form,
* Must have ability to handle physical workload of lifting, labelling and packaging of products,
* Reliable with good time keeping,
* Able to work alone or as a team.
