What does it entail?
* Support franchisees and sales team in scoping, pricing, winning, and executing drainage projects.
* Drive business growth with excellent communication skills.
* Regular travel across the UK and to Support Centre in Macclesfield (approx. 3 days per week).
What do we look for?
* Outstanding background in drainage operations.
* Experience in sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy.
* Hands‑on approach, willing to get involved practically where needed.
* Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, drainage law.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, solutions‑focused.
Preferred qualifications
* IOSH Managing Safely
* SMSTS
* Hands‑on training in patch repairs and full‑length liner installs.
* Confined spaces Medium Risk
* OS19X
* Knowledge of plumbing work
