White Label Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a rapidly growing, leading engineering Manufacturer who are currently hiring for an Internal Sales / Proposals Engineer.
The offices are based near Bedford but they can also offer hybrid working for the right candidate!
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in managing the full tender lifecycle from analysing bid documents to coordinating pricing, risk, and proposal development.
Youll work closely with internal teams across engineering, commercial, legal, and finance, helping to shape and submit high-quality bids in new build areas like SMRs, valves, and testing. While the position is primarily internally focused, occasional client interaction may be required.
Key experience we're looking for:
1. Strong background in internal sales. technical bids/tenders, etc
2. Experience with eithervalves, engineered components or mechanical engineering, etc
3. Be able to read technical drawings
4. Experience leading pricing and risk activities for proposals / quotes
5. Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams
