We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Events Executive to join our welcoming team. If you thrive in fast-paced environment, love being at heart of the action, driving group booking and creating memorable guest experience that are smooth, engaging and unforgettable – this role is for you! What you will do: Jump on the new enquiries fast and reconnect with past clients ensuring every interaction feels personalised, clear and helpful to turn the interest into lockedin bookings Keep preorders on the point to make the guest journey seamless from the start, Tracks and share your wins with clear sales reports Be the expert on All Star Lanes’ packages to create best deals that fit every client’s vibe and budget Smash the sales targets and keep the momentum rolling with yearon-year growth for the groups Seize every chance to upsell adding extra sparkle (and spend) to every guest experience Fly the All Star Lanes flag at industry events, networking, hosting, and representing the brand with energy and professionalism Pitch in with customer service support when needed, contributing to a seamless guest experience at every touchpoint. What you need to succeed: Proficiency in using Collins/Design My Night is highly desirable Previous 612 months experience in events or hospitality sales beneficial Ability to keep the cool when the heat is on, juggling priorities and smashing deadlines with ease Professional flair and confidence backed by knowledge and clear, effective communication, A natural people person with “cando” attitude, who thrives on building rapport and creating unforgettable guests experiences Drive and ambition ready to go extra mile for personal wins and team success Knack for keeping things friendly while staying laserfocused on results Flexibility to work our core hours Monday to Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm or 10.30am to 6.30pm (flexibility to work one Saturday a month). One working from home day a week.
