The company: A Sussex based leading contractor that specialise in refurbishment contracts in occupied complexes across the East and West of the county. The role: The resident liaison officer will be the primary point of contact between the project team and residents (private home owners, commercial tenants), leading clear communications and ensuring minimal disruption, successful access arrangements and smooth refurbishment process. Your responsibilities will include: Work across 2 schemes running concurrently around the Brighton area. Communicating with residents and commercial tenants to organise access to properties. Visit premises to conduct surveys and establish what type of works may need to be carried out. Be the bridge that minimises disruptions and ensure projects proceed in line with programme.
