As a Sales Development Representative, you'll speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and match them with solutions that genuinely make a difference. This is a high‑energy, people‑focused role where your communication skills and drive will set you apart.
What You'll Be Doing
* Speaking with potential customers via inbound & outbound calls
* Asking the right questions to understand customer requirements
* Closing sales and hitting monthly targets
* Keeping internal systems up to date
* Building confidence fast in a supportive, coaching-led environment
* Forming client relationships from the initial point of contact, to becoming a dependable manager of their account
What They're Looking For
* Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
* Target-driven and motivated by hitting goals
* Adaptable, coachable, and open to new ways of working
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
