Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager and be responsible for creating and driving an ultimate experience of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by exceeding KPIs and inspiring your team to deliver their best.
* Be a customer‑experience pioneer – turn customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, sell spellbinding products, lead by example and ensure customers return.
* Act as a true coach and mentor, supporting and developing your team through on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate, building lasting cross‑functional relationships in retail and at head office.
Requirements
* Proven management experience, operating at Deputy Manager level or above, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in KPIs and people management in fast‑paced environments such as beauty, retail or FMCG.
* A true leader who believes their strength is as strong as that of their team, inspiring them to be their best and empowering them to think limitless.
* Highly organised, a problem‑solver who can think on their feet with an innovative spirit, adapting style and implementing processes and routines.
