Evolution Aqua is one of the UK’s leading brands in koi and aquatic equipment, filtration, and water treatment. We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven Area Sales Manager to grow our presence across the South East with specialist koi dealers and aquatic retailers.
This is a field-based, relationship-led role for someone who understands koi keeping, filtration, and how specialist dealers really work.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a portfolio of specialist koi and aquatic retailers. Acting as the face of EA in the region, you will build strong partnerships, increase product adoption, and ensure Evolution Aqua remains the first-choice brand for serious koi keepers.
You will promote and support the full EA Equipment and Purewater treatment ranges, helping dealers to select, display, and sell the right products to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of koi dealers and aquatic retailers
* Drive sales of filtration, pumps, UVs, Pure treatments, and consumables
* Identify opportunities to increase product range, displays, and sell-through
* Open and develop new high-quality dealer accounts
* Deliver product training and demonstrations to dealer staff
* Support dealers with system design, product selection, and technical guidance
* Represent EA at dealer open days, shows, and events
* Maintain CRM records, call plans, and sales reporting
About You
You will be a self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable in front of specialist dealers and understands the technical side of koi and aquatics.
* A confident, professional, and relationship-driven sales style
* The ability to manage your own territory and diary
* A full UK driving licence
* Field sales experience in koi, aquatics, pond, or a related specialist retail market
* Strong knowledge of filtration, water quality, and koi systems
* Existing relationships with koi or aquatic retailers in the South East
* Experience selling technical or equipment-led products
* CRM or structured sales reporting experience

* Negotiable Basic of £35,000-£40,000 + commission -depending on experience.
