Sales Administrator for leading Estate Agents Location: Southwest London (Office-based) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Our client is a dynamic property agency with a strong presence across London and the UK. They are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential support to their busy Sales Team of four. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing: As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales Team, helping everything run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting sales negotiators with day-to-day admin tasks Managing general office administration Overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and compliance processes Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently Maintaining and updating client records and documents in the CRM system About You: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
