Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their fast-paced, successful, and well-established team, operating across key locations within Surrey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A minimum of 2-3 years' proven experience in a Sales Negotiator role
A strong sales-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicleKey responsibilities will include:
Proactively generating new property listings through valuations and market appraisals
Conducting property viewings and managing applicant registrations
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales outcomes
Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process
Actively attracting and registering new vendors and applicants
Working towards and exceeding individual and branch performance targets
Ensuring all activity is fully compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsWorking hours:
Monday to Friday
