Role Overview
The EMEA CoE, Data, AI and Apps Solution Architect is responsible for designing high-level technical solutions, leveraging a consultative sales approach, and managing multiple projects. The role requires face-to-face engagement with customers, including presentations to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner internally and externally to design and deliver technology solutions.
2. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring design and support excellence.
3. Own corrective actions and follow-ups for timely resolutions.
4. Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
5. Utilize technology and expertise to support reseller growth.
6. Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within SLAs.
7. Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge, pursuing additional certifications as needed.
8. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership within the team.
9. Create authoritative content for social media and other communication channels.
10. Conduct short-form, non-certification training sessions for resellers.
11. Participate in C-level briefings and presentations.
12. Configure and maintain demonstration labs.
13. Develop proof of concept (PoC) solutions at entry level.
Qualifications & Skills
* HS/GED required; Technical or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Minimum of 2-4 major certifications supporting assigned technologies.
* 5-7+ years of industry experience, including technical consulting and sales.
* Deep knowledge of vendor tools and ROI concepts.
* Ability to implement complex solutions on-site, including design, staging, and configuration.
