About Audi's F1 Project
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

Position Location
This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
Your Mission
1. Responsible for financial planning and year-end reporting of manufacturing and development costs for our Formula 1 car.
2. Main point of contact for financial matters, supporting cost optimization projects.
3. Weekly update of the forecast for the Formula 1 car.
4. Conduct cost analysis of bill of materials and verify bookings with procurement.
5. Ensure compliance with FIA Financial Regulations in collaboration with the Cost-Cap team.
6. Prepare meaningful ad-hoc analyses.
7. Support make-or-buy decisions.
8. Manage inventory, including monitoring the inventory process, part usage, and stock from a financial perspective.
Your Profile
1. Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
2. At least 3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a technical business partner role.
3. Experience in product cost calculation within a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong analytical skills and competence in handling large datasets.
5. Excellent SAP ERP knowledge (FI/CO), with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI is a plus.
6. High level of responsibility, independence, and goal orientation, with a strong business and service mindset.
7. Effective communication skills, solution-oriented teamwork, and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
8. Full professional proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
