The Role:
As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out complex diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to the highest standards. You will also support and mentor junior technicians and ensure that every vehicle leaves our workshop in peak condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced diagnostics and complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
* Lead and support less-experienced technicians, offering guidance and training.
* Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and safety standards.
* Accurately complete job cards and maintain thorough service records.
* Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding technical issues.
* Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and training requirements.
What We're Looking For:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* MOT trained
* Recognised Master Technician status (or working towards it).
* Experience working for a main dealer (but not essential)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with modern diagnostic tools and systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
