Job Title: Road Freight Operator
Location: Bristol, South West
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire Road Freight Operations process from start to finish.
* Quote and price shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured.
* Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process.
* Manage key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery.
* Arrange timely and accurate documentation for shipments.
* Complete customs documentation as required.
* Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
* Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
* Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
