About the Role:
NOBL is entering the UK, one of our highest-priority international markets, building on proven success in North America and Australia with plans to surpass 8 figures in Year 1. As Marketing Director, you will lead the entire UK growth operation, owning strategy and execution across every growth lever; paid media, creative, retention, CRO, influencer, analytics, and localization. You will have full accountability for MER, CAC, and new customer acquisition, empowered to make rapid, data-driven decisions that scale efficiently and profitably.
You will direct a world-class central team including paid media, creative, retention, lifecycle, CX, partnerships, data, and web; deploying this infrastructure to maximize local market performance. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will operate as the CEO of NOBL UK, with full ownership of the market and accountability for results. As the business grows, you will build and lead a high-performance local team, translating global best practices into a fully localized, revenue-generating operation.
What You Will Do:
* Growth Strategy & Market Ownership: Own full P&L for UK, driving MER, CAC, contribution margin, and customer acquisition. Set growth roadmap, capital allocation, and performance targets with full accountability.
* Channel Strategy & Media Direction: Lead acquisition across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google. Optimize channel mix, budgets, tests, and scaling decisions with daily account oversight.
* Creative Strategy & Performance Integration: Translate performance insights into creative briefs and high-velocity asset production. Ensure feedback loops between paid media, UGC, and influencer output for continuous optimization.
* Retention & Lifecycle Optimization: Localize retention strategy, optimize cohort economics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted campaigns aligned to UK consumer behavior.
* Creator & Influencer Revenue Development: Manage the end-to-end creator ecosystem in UK sourcing, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking to drive measurable revenue.
* CRO & Funnel Performance Management: Own conversion architecture landing pages, PDPs, checkout, pricing, and bundles. Run structured experiments to maximize CVR, AOV, and full-funnel efficiency.
* Market Localization & Brand Relevance: Adapt global playbooks to the UK market, ensuring all creative, copy, pricing, partnerships, and digital touchpoints resonate locally.
* Team Development & Organizational Scale: Leverage central growth infrastructure initially; build and scale a high-performance local team as revenue grows.
Who You Are:
* Scaled paid acquisition at a DTC brand with £50M+ annual revenue, managing substantial ad spend with full command of unit economics beyond ROAS.
* Full-funnel operator, integrating acquisition, creative, CRO, and retention into a single high-performance growth engine.
* Designed and managed creator programs that delivered measurable revenue, not just reach or engagement.
* Deep expertise in the UK market, including consumer behavior, culture, creator ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
* Analytical and data-driven, actively monitoring ad accounts, dashboards, and cohort performance to drive actionable insights.
* Financially fluent, with P&L ownership experience and a focus on contribution margin and profitability.
* Operates like a founder and owner; accountable, proactive, results-obsessed, and ready to take full market responsibility.
* Proven leader already executing at high level, seeking full autonomy to own and scale a market.
