Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
4. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes within the organisation.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
6. Support strategic business planning by providing accurate and timely financial data.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.
8. Identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial analysis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Accountant should have:
11. Be a self-starter, resilience and have excellent interpersonal skills.
12. Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or qualified by experience.
13. Proficiency in financial reporting and analytical skills.
14. Excellent knowledge of financial systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
15. An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
