We’re looking for a 3rd Line Application/Customer Support to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. If you enjoy problem-solving, have strong communication skills, and a solid background in SQL troubleshooting, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
🔑 What you’ll be doing:
* Providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools
* Troubleshooting SQL databases (queries, stored procedures, performance issues)
* Logging and documenting issues and resolutions clearly
* Escalating complex cases to the right teams/vendors
* Supporting software installations, updates, and configurations
* Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and spot recurring issues
* Staying up to date with our IT infrastructure and helpdesk systems
🧩 What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support roles
* Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
* Solid understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
