The Role: Due to a number of new projects coming on board, our client operates within 3 key sectors; Health, Education & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £50 million. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. The Candidate: • Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £50 million. • Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor • Reside within commutable distance of Greater Manchester. • Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
