The Opportunity
We are seeking a Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in our Strategy and Operations team. Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the annual strategy planning cycle; translate the 5‑year corporate strategy into actionable plans; champion high‑impact growth initiatives; craft compelling narratives for stakeholders.
* Strategic Business Partnering: Provide support to key departments, acting as a project lead or partner for new initiatives and conducting hypothesis‑driven analysis for recommendations.
* Strategic Opportunity Research: Identify industry trends, evaluate potential markets and competitors, and recommend opportunities for expansion.
* Project Management Oversight: Lead and mentor the Senior Project Manager, setting best practices and standards for critical strategic initiatives.
* Strategic Insights & Decision‑Making: Supply data‑driven insights for executive and board‑level reviews; build and maintain a strategy control panel.
* Capability Building: Develop strategy playbooks, frameworks, and contribute to launching a Twinkl Strategy & Ops Academy.
We’re Looking For Someone With
* 4+ years of experience, ideally in top‑tier management consulting or corporate strategy.
* Strong analytical and modeling skills, including financial modeling and market analysis.
* Proven project and stakeholder management experience from end‑to‑end complex, cross‑functional projects.
* Excellent problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
* Clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
* Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of business fundamentals and financial outcomes.
