The Role
As a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and contractor management within our thriving wealth management practice. You'll be responsible for:
1. Sourcing, placing and managing IT contractors for transformation projects across wealth management firms, private banks, and investment platforms
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in wealth management institutions
3. Managing a portfolio of contractors working on system installation, upgrades, customisation and maintenance projects
4. Conducting weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure project satisfaction and client delivery
5. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base
6. Contributing to our team's revenue targets and business growth

Requirements
12. Proven experience in IT contract recruitment, preferably within wealth management or financial services
13. Strong understanding of wealth management systems transformation technologies and project lifecycles
14. Excellent relationship building skills with both clients and contractors
15. Business development experience and a hunter mentality
16. Ability to effectively manage multiple contractors across various projects
17. Strong commercial awareness of the wealth management technology landscape
