Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer who will be responsible for providing engineering resources for both planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and eliminate quality issues. This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and site utilities within our fast-paced FMCG environment. In addition, the engineer supports continuous improvement initiatives and ways of working in line with the business strategy, while complying with all legislative, business, and site procedures and practices. This position requires a hands-on approach across mechanical and electrical disciplines, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to health, safety, and food quality standards.
