Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments for children and young people with substantial needs, offering insights and solutions for both minor and major adaptations.
* Recommend and provide essential equipment such as profiling beds, shower chairs, and hoists, ensuring each child\'s comfort and safety.
* Deliver expert moving and handling advice, ranging from low-level to complex cases, including hoisting and sling assessments.
* Enhance your knowledge of neurodiverse conditions and behaviour management, providing insightful recommendations to address safety concerns linked to behaviour.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to tailor interventions that promote independence and well-being.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant specialism.
* Must hold current registration with the HCPC.
* A valid driver\'s licence is preferable due to the requirement to travel between sites.
