Your new role
To ensure the smooth running of the sales / administration processes in conjunction with the Sales and Service Co-ordinator
Respond to all stakeholder enquiries / requirements in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor delegate arrival and allocate badges accordingly
Maintain strong links and build effective relationships with current clients, both locally and nationally to further develop and growmercial activity.
Use of initiative to identify and follow up on opportunities identified through market intelligence
To ensure all records are legible, detailed, accurate, timely, dated and shared appropriately with those, including external agencies who have a need and right to know.
Assist in the maintenance of a customer database
Maintain strong links and build effective relationships with current clients, both locallyand nationally
Liaise with Sales and Support Co-ordinator to target areas of sales that are performing below target and promote / sellpany offer within that area.
Carry out targeted tele-sales operations as required to deliver monthly sales targets
