Retail Store Assistant
£12.21 per hour plus benefits

Location: Newtownards Shop, Northern Ireland
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Part-time 7.5 hours per week

Key responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
* Achieving sales and fundraising targets as part of the shop team.
* Maintaining shop standards, visual presentation, safeguarding, and health & safety compliance.
* Building relationships within your community and with colleagues.
* Supporting fundraising events.
* Taking keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
* Handling manual tasks and physical activity during daily duties.
Candidate requirements:
* Understanding of great customer service.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to manage workload independently.
* Teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, balancing work and personal life.
